Project overview
Running a small e-commerce business is not easy. So UPS helps sellers connect to over 20 marketplaces and shopping carts, and seamlessly route orders to strategically located UPS warehouses for fast, reliable fulfillment and shipping. Sellers send inventory to UPS warehouses, and UPS picks, packs, and ships everything to customers.

This service is for e-commerce sellers with straightforward fulfillment needs.
My role
Full-stack Lead Product Designer.
Collaboration with distributed external Stakeholders, Research, Marketing teams, internal Product Managers, various Dev and QA teams.
Design landing/sign up experience for sellers
Design UPS eFulfillment Portal registration
Design wizard experience connecting to multiple sales channels, sending products to UPS warehouses, finishing fulfillment settings
UX Design: sending products to UPS warehouse
