Motivation

He gets really frustrated when he can’t test/debug his linked projects of e2e solution effectively.

Brings together automations, agents, user interfaces, and data management under a single web-based environment. Imagine a world where RPA developers can easily build, test, debug, and publish various types of projects in the same place.

How?
Evolve Studio IDE for RPA developers so they can create solution with multiple connected projects to automate complex business process. First step is to help people create, publish and deploy a unified project in this environment - an app with code-behind automations. After that - scale to experience of creating, publishing and deploying a solution with multiple projects.
My Role as Lead Product Designer
- own and oversee e2e user experience through various stages from discovery to delivery,
- create and validate designs for core scenarios via RITE and usability studies, collect feedback via interviews, demo sessions during MVP Summits and Forward conferences,
- distribute tasks for design team, find resources and track dependencies on partner teams,
- present iterations results and north star vision to the leadership team,
- work closely and effectively with product managers, engineering, design, research and marketing teams through multiple iterations in each stage.

One of core scenarios
RPA developer works on a big solution for HR department, that includes multiple projects - Quick Apply app, Candidate approval automation, Approve candidate app and many others.
* Quick Apply app displays info about open job positions at specific company and allow interested people to apply for selected job.
* Once data submitted, automation starts to analyze resumes and check if experience and skills match the job description. If so, send for manager’s approval to proceed to the next step.
